Placing an Order and/or Booking a Session signifies receipt, understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All prints, products and images are personally inspected before delivery or pick-up arrangements are made.
In the highly unusual event that you've received a product that is damaged; please notify the Studio immediately AFTER notifying the Carrier (if applicable).

There are no refunds of Deposits/Reservation fees unless the Event/Session is canceled entirely by the studio/host and no date is available to reschedule.
If you are unable to attend the Event/Session; please notify the studio/event host as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours before your session time) to arrange a mutually agreeable reschedule date/time.
Failure to do so will forfeit your deposit/reservation fees already paid.In the event that you've successfully rescheduled your session; deposits/reservation fees previously collected will transfer to hold the new date/time.
** Any outstanding session fees will be due and payable on or before the newly scheduled Date/Time.**
Although most sessions/events are indoors/in-studio; it sometimes becomes necessary to reschedule or cancel entirely (serious weather events, treacherous driving conditions, Studio emergency, etc.).
If this happens; you will be notified by a representative of the Studio immediately via the email/ phone number or other contact information on file. Please make certain you have provided the proper contact information!
